Vinyasa (All Level Yoga Flow)

The word "vinyasa" translates to breath connected movement. In this class students will be instructed to move through various poses while maintaining awareness of the breath. This type of yoga practice promotes flexibility, builds core stability, focus, calms the central nervous system, and produces an overall improved state of being with continued practice. This is a moderately paced class, and a good workout! Previous yoga experience with basic posture recognition is recommended.
